1. About Midas Tech

We provide digital automation tools and software solutions designed to help businesses streamline workflows, analyze information, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

We offer products and services designed for businesses, professionals, and organizations across different industries.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue products, features, services, or functionality from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

If you use our Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, keeping your account secure, all activity occurring through your account, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain products or Services to allow you to evaluate them before purchasing a paid subscription or service.

Free trials require email verification and are generally limited to one trial per person or company. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse a free trial if we reasonably believe that a user is attempting to create multiple accounts, circumvent trial limitations, or otherwise misuse the free trial.

The trial period, available features, usage limits, and eligibility requirements will be communicated at the time of signup. Unless otherwise stated, a payment method is not required to start a free trial.

At the end of the free trial, continued access to paid features or Services may require you to select a paid subscription or other applicable paid plan.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Midas Tech may offer certain Services through paid subscription plans. Available plans, prices, features, usage limits, billing periods, and other applicable terms will be displayed on the relevant product website or at checkout and may change from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing period and plan selected at the time of purchase.

Payments and subscription transactions for our Services may be processed by Paddle, which may act as the Merchant of Record for the applicable transaction. Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and other transaction-related matters on behalf of the applicable transaction.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Paddle to process the transaction and charge your selected payment method in accordance with the applicable checkout terms.

Payment transactions may also be subject to Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

Midas Tech does not generally store complete payment-card information on its own servers.

6. Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting Midas Tech.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically result in a refund for any period that has already been paid for, except where required by applicable law or provided for under our Refund Policy.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan where those options are available. Plan changes may affect your usage limits and billing according to the applicable plan and billing terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer or decompile our software except where prohibited from restricting this by law; circumvent usage limits or security controls; abuse, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure; resell or redistribute the Services without written authorization; upload or process information you do not have the legal right or permission to use; or use the Services for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, spam, or other abusive activities.

You grant Midas Tech a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and otherwise use Your Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Notice.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Your Data to Midas Tech and to permit us to process it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, applications, websites, browser extensions, dashboards, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, software code, content, and other materials provided by Midas Tech are owned by or licensed to Midas Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or other intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or any related materials unless expressly authorized by Midas Tech or permitted by applicable law.

Midas Tech and its product names, logos, trademarks, and related branding are owned by Midas Tech or their respective owners.

11. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback regarding the Services, you grant Midas Tech a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our Services or business without compensation or obligation to you.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuously improving Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Midas Tech and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Suspension and Termination

Midas Tech may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, created a security risk, engaged in unlawful activity, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the Services or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access paid or restricted features may end. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable law.

17. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
